OK, now I realise you may all vote to suspend my life membership of the Headbangers, but we were on holiday and our daughter Kelly treated us to tickets to see Sting and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra on Australia Day - well, I couldn't say no, could I?
It was part of his Symphonicity tour (http://www.showbiz.com.au/PerformanceDetail.aspx?pid=8uipDuznZLE%3D) and it was pretty good - much better than I feared. I'd forgotten how many good songs he's written.
The highlight for me was when he did Russians and the orchestra really kicked up a dramatic storm - superb in the surroundings. Here they are on stage:

We had stopped at a local microbrewery beforehand and saw an old hippy camper van with the following slogan on the back - "All we are saying is give cheese some pants" - eh?
