From http://banchoryheadbangers.blogspot.com/

The attendees and the programme have changed a little for this Friday's Headbang. Malcolm's still away, I believe, and I've known for some time that Gary couldn't make it - some feeble excuse about it being his anniversary - and Jeb's best laid plans have been rent asunder by his brother changing his plans at the last minute, but, otherwise, I think we have a full house, including another debutant - Steve Paterson, fresh(ish) from Glastonbury.

Dave, Colin, Gerry, Andy (+ son James), Ian, Steve and I will all be there, so that makes 8 of us. Gerry is organising the transport again and Andy is providing beer - in view of this, I think the rest of us should chip in for Gerry's and Andy's curries - CK will arrange again, I assume?

Dave is not playing football, and nor is Ian, so could I please ask that whoever is going to meet in the Douglas ensures that they leave there no later than 7:30 pm so that we can get a prompt start (and finish) to the evening.

The revised programme now reads:

  1. Obituary (13)
  2. Birthday boys (4)
  3. Septuagenarians (3)
  4. Trouble & Strife (10)
  5. Scotland's Greatest Album (12)
  6. 2011 Festivals (20)
The evening will be interrupted at the 11th minute of the 11th hour on the 11th month of the 11th year for an Armistice Day tribute song.

See you there.
