Muddy Waters Centenary

From http://banchoryheadbangers.blogspot.com/

Yes, Muddy would have been 100 today if he'd lived. We never got to see the Great Man, but at least CK and I saw his son - who definitely has the look of his old man - play in Aberdeen a few weeks ago. The following video was filmed in Chicago in 1981, when he was already 68 and the Stones were on tour. Both CK and I have been to Buddy Guy's Blues Club there and I think this is where the video was shot. Note my lantern-jawed namesake at the table with the Stones - but, unlike Mick, Keef and Ronnie, he wasn't asked to join Muddy on stage: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mbao_laqF8E

On an entirely different matter, check out this clever art:

Look carefully and you'll see it's made up of 4,000 plectrums.
