Greetings from Perth, WA. Not much headbanging going on Down Under, although we were in Kings Park on Sunday morning, just after Erykah Badhu's concert there on Saturday night had finished. Lovely spot - her fans would have loved the setting:
Not really my thing anyway.
Next week we are back in Adelaide for their Fringe Festival. One of the shows we are going to see is called A Journey Through The Past. Apparently, it's based on the book "Neil and me" by Scott Young, Neil's Dad. Interesting - I'll let you know how it goes - http://www.adelaidefringe.com.au/fringetix/a-journey-through-the-past/45fb00f9-462f-4213-a27a-7806bacf4b5e
Yesterday (28th) Brian Jones would have been 70 - he featured in our last headbang playing marimba on Under My Thumb. Check out a Ready Steady Go version of it here, with Mick singing live - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcgZIz0Fd-w
