Second blog posting this week and the 3rd Obituary - but this time a genuine rock and roll history maker and not a Jazz or R 'n' B artiste - for a change:
Quite a line-up of star names that the Jordanaires backed in their career - not just Elvis. Another little-known fact I discovered through reading the above article was that it wasn't the Jordanaires who backed Elvis on his return to live performances in Las Vegas in 1969, but the Imperials. Good pub quiz question.
