- Ziggy Stardust appeared in the Obituaries and his alter ego, Bowie, appeared in the Misogyny and Space themes.
- Mick Jagger was one of the Septuagenarians and the clip shown in this section (Sympathy) could also have been shown in the Glastonbury theme, as that was where this video was from.
- The Stones, as well as the mention above, also appeared in the Misogyny (twice) and Space themes.
- Elton John also appeared twice - like Bowie and Jagger in the Misogyny and Space themes.
- Jethro Tull's 2 appearances were in the Jobs and Trains & Boats & Planes sections.
- The word "Bitch" appeared 3 times consecutively in song titles in the Misogyny section.
- Billy J. Kramer's video of "Trains & Boats & Planes" shown in the Septuagenarians section was the title of another theme and could, of course, have appeared there in any of the three categories of transport.
- Similarly, the Yardbirds "Train kept a rollin' ", played to honour Jim McCarty's 70th.
- Steve Miller appeared twice - as a new Septuagenarian and also in the Space section. Accidentally, the same track - Space Cowboy - was played.
I think that was about it.

Thanks once again to Gary for hosting - a very civilised sit-down curry and some fine red wine - not exactly punk-ish, but hey-ho, we're all getting on a bit now and like our home comforts!
