Headbang programme

Next week's Headbang has just 3 main themes:

1. OBITUARIES - the traditional starter. At the time of writing, we have 21 notables who have passed since the last Headbang, from which 19 tracks will be played. We'll then vote our Most Missed Top 3. This should take a little more than one hour.
2. SEPTUAGENARIANS - there have been an astonishing 28 musical notables who have reached three score years and ten since our last get-together and I've picked out 21 tracks to play here, and we'll then all vote for our Top 10. This should take about an hour and a half.
3. PLACE NAMES KNOCK-OUT. At the last Headbang, we had UK v Rest of the World, and the UK made it through to the final, which will be played against the winner of the North American semi-finals being played at this Headbang. Each area has 12 videos with place names in the title and 4 from each are drawn randomly for each round, so the batting order will be:
1. East v West
2. North v South
3. Winner of E v W against winner of N v S

The last section should take about an hour and a half, which will hopefully leave a little time for a short REPRISE section before the taxi arrives. I had originally planned to have another NOTABLE ABSENTEES theme but there isn't enough time, so this will have to be carried forward.
